Pricing FAQ
Can I switch plans anytime?▼
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new tier. When downgrading, your current tier stays active until the end of the billing period.
Do unused tokens expire?▼
No! Tokens you purchase never expire. Monthly token allocations from subscription plans reset each billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of tokens?▼
If your monthly allocation is used up, you can buy additional token packages or enable post-pay billing (charges at month end, max €30).
Can I get a refund?▼
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions. Token purchases are non-refundable once used. Unused tokens can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
