1. Service Description

AgenticcuS provides AI inference services through a web interface and API, including multi-model chat, image generation, text-to-speech, and other AI capabilities. The service is operated from Austria and hosted on EU-based infrastructure.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person; shared accounts are not permitted.

3. Token System & Pricing

  • Tokens are the currency for AI usage on the platform
  • Free accounts receive 1,000 welcome tokens
  • Purchased tokens do not expire
  • Monthly subscription token allocations reset each billing cycle
  • Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT
  • Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions; unused token packages refundable within 30 days

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Generate content that violates third-party rights
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or manipulate the token system
  • Resell access to the service without authorization
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the API beyond your tier limits

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated through our service is produced by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI responses. You retain ownership of your prompts; generated outputs are subject to the respective model provider's terms.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be announced when possible. GPU model availability depends on server load and VRAM capacity.

7. Limitation of Liability

AgenticcuS is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Linz, Austria.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
